WONDERFULLY NUTRITIOUS & Regeneratively Grown

Our promise is that your weekly box will always provide exceptional value for money with a focus on quality, highly nutritious food like salads, tomatoes, spinach, beetroot, carrots and more.

All of the fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, eggs and honey will be sourced directly from our market garden where we use a regenerative farming approach. We focus on building soil health and biodiversity, and growing food naturally, the way it should be grown.

We grow to organic standards which prohibits the use of harmful chemicals, however we are currently in organic conversion which is a process that takes 2 years, so we won’t use the word organic until that certification process is complete!

How Does it Work?

As the selection of veg will change from week to week depending on what’s ready for harvest in the garden, you will be properly connected with the changes of the seasons.

When the selection of vegetables naturally reduces as the seasons progress, we will supplement your box with a selection of products from GROW HQ, enabling you to bring a bit of GROW Café home with your fresh vegetables. We will never swap in imported out-of-season produce.

We will have two boxes becoming available over the summer, each with a seasonal selection of vegetables, fruits and a foodie surprise or two.
