A firm believer in the power of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, Bruno takes pride in working with organic produce to create meals that are as nutritious as they are indulgent. His cooking philosophy is deeply rooted in sustainability, celebrating homegrown flavours while maintaining the highest standards of quality and taste.

A keen grower himself at home in Waterford, Bruno grew up in North-West Spain where fish and homegrown vegetables were a part of everday life; and he learned about seasonality from his parents and grandparents.

Bruno approaches cooking as an art form, ensuring that every plate not only tastes great but also provides an unforgettable dining experience.

We operate 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to event you will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the date will not be refunded.
