Refund policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Returns must be requested before sending items back.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@growhq.org with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under Irish and EU law, which are not affected.
