We don't use chemicals, pesticides or any other nonsense and registered organic.
WE BELIEVE IN REAL FOOD, SIMPLY SERVED.
Everything we serve in GROW HQ is nutritious and healthy. But equally important, it’s delicious.
We’re not vegetarian but we do have a passion for vegetables. They’re often the undisputed stars of our menu, and rightly so.
SEASONALITY IS IMPORTANT TO US.
We celebrate each new harvest - the first peas, the last squash - and avoid out-of-season imports.
Which means our menu changes all the time. Sometimes daily. Always deliciously.
IF WE CAN’T GROW IT HERE, WE FIND THE NEXT BEST THING.
We support local producers who are as passionate about good food as we are. How food is produced is important to us and it’s important to our producers too.
WE WASTE NOTHING.
Every scrap is respected, preserved, pickled, smoked, or turned into something outrageously tasty.
What we can’t use, we compost.
It's not just zero waste - it’s a full-circle celebration.

At GIY, we believe knowing your food is the first step to loving it and want people to re-connect with where their food comes from.
That’s why the garden (GROW) sits directly outside the window, the kitchen (COOK) is in full view, and the café (EAT) hums at the heart of it all.
We designed it this way, open-plan, accessible and connected.
No closed doors. No mysteries.
Just honest food, honestly made.
