If one of your New Years Resolutions is to bring some healthier food in to your life for 2026 (or at least for January..!), then Bruno has your back with his first cookery demo of 2026.  We want you to see that healthy food doesn’t have to feel like you’re depriving yourself or some form of post-indulgence penance.  In fact, it should be full of flavour and seasonal goodness to nourish body and soul.

What you will learn

  • A range of new, delicious recipes and top techniques from GROW HQ’s Head of Food that you can use all year
  • Seasonal goodness - think Moroccan veggie stews, nourish bowls, warm salads, mezze plates using middle eastern and indian influences.
  • Understand some of the principles that drive GIY's work and that can form the basis for a healthier way to live - eating more plants, reducing your food pollution, buying more organic food and understanding the connection between healthy soil and healthy you.
  • Bruno will be working with in-season GIY Farm veg and produce from our organic refill store Larder 
  • Have burning questions about healthy food and recipes? Bruno will be at your disposal, ready to answer all your queries and share his expertise.

A firm believer in the power of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, Bruno takes pride in working with organic produce to create meals that are as nutritious as they are indulgent. His cooking philosophy is deeply rooted in sustainability, celebrating homegrown flavours while maintaining the highest standards of quality and taste.

A keen grower himself at home in Waterford, Bruno grew up in North-West Spain where fish and homegrown vegetables were a part of everday life; and he learned about seasonality from his parents and grandparents.

Bruno approaches cooking as an art form, ensuring that every plate not only tastes great but also provides an unforgettable dining experience.
Cancellation Policy

We operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to the event you will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date will not be refunded.
