Kickstart a healthier, calmer kitchen routine with our hands-on cookery demo.  Learn how to cook once and eat well all week, using seasonal organic ingredients and GIY’s plant-powered principles. We’ll show you how to create versatile base recipes that reinvent into multiple delicious dishes, saving time, money and food waste. Perfect for busy households looking to eat better without the stress — and to make vegetables the hero of the plate.

Meet The Chef

A firm believer in the power of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, Bruno takes pride in working with organic produce to create meals that are as nutritious as they are indulgent. His cooking philosophy is deeply rooted in sustainability, celebrating homegrown flavours while maintaining the highest standards of quality and taste.

A keen grower himself at home in Waterford, Bruno grew up in North-West Spain where fish and homegrown vegetables were a part of everday life; and he learned about seasonality from his parents and grandparents.

Bruno approaches cooking as an art form, ensuring that every plate not only tastes great but also provides an unforgettable dining experience.
