đź“… Date: The last Saturday of every month
⏰ Time: 6:30PM
📍 Location: GROW HQ, Waterford

Price: €45

GROW HQ's Monthly Supper Club is a celebration of seasonal, homegrown, home-made food that tastes like the place it came from — where every course tells a story of the harvest and the hands that grew and cooked it.

Each month, Head of Food Bruno Dantes and Head Grower Richard Mee will collaborate on a fresh, three-course menu inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and the harvest from the GIY Farm at Curraghmore Estate, just 30 minutes from GROW HQ.

This is not just a dinner menu and your seat at the long table is not just a reservation.  By joining us each month, you’ll follow the arc of the growing year - from winter roots to spring greens, summer abundance to autumn harvest - and experience how our farm and kitchen evolve together through the seasons.  We promise you a unique dining experience like no other - with tastes and stories that can't be replicated elsewhere.

The events start with sharing plate starters (when we notice the volume levels increase in the room as the conversations start to flow!); followed by three, seasonal main course options (fish, meat and veggie) and a homegrown dessert.

Our Supper Club is for people who care deeply about where their food comes from — and want a chilled out long table experience that reflects the turns of the seasons.
