What to Expect on the Day

Please arrive on time to settle in, meet your fellow participants and get ready an evening of inspirational dishes. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration.

Spanish-born chef Bruno brings over 20 years of international culinary experience and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine. Specialising in flavourful, seasonal dishes, he believes the best food starts with fresh, locally sourced and organic ingredients. Cancellation Policy:
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to the event you will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date will not be refunded.
