About the Chef

Sarah Browne is a chef and food educator with a Masters in Applied Culinary Nutrition from TU Dublin. Her Masters thesis explored increasing fibre consumption for long-term health, developing her interest in making healthy eating practical, accessible and enjoyable.

Sarah combines her nutritional knowledge with professional culinary experience, helping people build confidence in the kitchen through simple cooking techniques, thoughtful meal planning and balanced, flavourful food. Growing up on a dairy farm in North Kerry also gave her an early understanding of food production and the importance of making realistic and sustainable choices around food.
