Master the essentials of homemade pastry in this practical pie and pastry-making course. Led by Eimear, you'll learn how to prepare shortcrust, sweet pastry and rough puff, and develop the techniques needed to create delicious sweet and savoury bakes.

You will also learn how to handle, roll and shape pastry, prepare fillings, assemble and decorate pies, and achieve a beautifully golden crust. 

What to Expect on the Day

Please arrive on time to settle in, meet your fellow participants and get ready an evening of inspirational dishes. Guests will get a copy of all recipes and tastings of all dishes at the end of the demonstration.

Eimear is a chef with over 14 years of experience in professional kitchens, menu development and event catering. Having spent 10 years in Canada, she brings a wealth of culinary knowledge and passion for creating delicious food using quality ingredients. As General Manager at GROW HQ, Eimear champions seasonal, local and organic produce, sharing practical cookery skills and inspiring others to cook from scratch, explore new flavours and make the most of the ingredients available.

Cancellation Policy:
We operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to the event you will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date will not be refunded.
