Meet the Team
Richenda brings over 30 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including 17 years running her own café and 15 years in retail, with a strong focus on customer service and events. She’s happiest with a good cup of coffee in her hand and a chat with customers.
Richenda is family-oriented and lives just a stone’s throw from GROW HQ with her husband, two children, and the family dog (though she’ll tell you it’s really three children, including the husband).
Known for changing her hair colour with the seasons, she fits right in with the ever-changing seasonal produce at GROW HQ.
Our food system is broken and at GIY we believe that nurturing a real connection to where our food comes from is the key to fixing it.
