Sarah is a graduate of the Institute of Art, Design & Technology (IADT) with a degree in Marketing. She joined GIY as a novice grower, bringing curiosity, energy, and a strong interest in sustainability, storytelling, and community-led food systems.

With a background in marketing and a love of staying active through running, Sarah enjoys fast-paced, people-focused environments where no two days are the same. She thrives on variety, meeting new people, learning new skills, and loves a challenge.

At GIY, she is developing her growing knowledge while supporting a mission she feels strongly connected to - making food growing accessible, enjoyable, and part of everyday life.
