GROW Circle Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your subscription to the GROW Circle subscription (“Subscription”), operated by GIY CLG, registered in Waterford, Ireland (“we”, “our”, “us”). 

By purchasing or maintaining a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing. 

1. About the GROW Circle subscription 

The GROW Circle Subscription gives subscribers access to exclusive online content, community engagement, and digital resources designed to support your growing journey. 

Subscriber Benefits: 

• Exclusive Weekly Blog from GIY Founder Mick Kelly 

• Monthly Growing Guides 

• WhatsApp Group for Subscribers (optional participation) 

• Monthly GIYers Online Q&A 

• Digital Planner 

• Free Online Course for New Subscribers 

Online Courses Included: 

• Monthly Subscription (€15/month): access to ‘Growing for the Planet’ only. 

• Annual Subscription (€150/year): access to 'Growing for the Planet’, 'Ultimate Starter Course', and ‘How Food Grows’ courses (total value €205). 

Please note: In-person courses, workshops, or events are not included in either subscription plan. 

2. Subscription Options and Pricing 

We offer two types of subscriptions: 

• Monthly Subscription: €15 per month (recurring monthly payment). 

• Annual Subscription: €150 per year (recurring annual payment). 

All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 

Your chosen subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled (see Section 6). 

3. Payments and Billing 

Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. 

• Monthly payments will be charged on the same date each month as per original subscription date. 

• Annual payments will be charged on the same date each year. 

• You can update your billing information or payment method at any time through your account or by contacting us at hi@giy.ie 

If your payment fails or cannot be processed, we may suspend your access until payment is successfully completed. 

4. WhatsApp Community Group 

Subscribers can opt in to join the GIY WhatsApp Community Group ‘The GROW Circle’. 

Please note: 

• This group operates through WhatsApp’s community feature, and participant phone numbers are visible to other members. 

• Joining the group is entirely optional. 

• By joining the WhatsApp Community Group, you acknowledge and accept that your phone number will be visible to other participants. 

We ask all participants to engage respectfully and refrain from sharing inappropriate or promotional content. GIY reserves the right to remove members who breach these guidelines. 

5. Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by: 

• Managing your account settings online, or 

• Contacting us at hi@giy.ie 

When you cancel: 

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. 

• No further payments will be taken after cancellation. 

• Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period once payment has been processed. 

6. Renewals and Changes to Subscriptions 

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel in advance. 

We may occasionally update our subscription pricing or benefits. If we do: 

• You will be notified in advance via email before any changes take effect. 

• Continued use of your subscription after the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 

7. Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumer Rights) 

If you are an EU resident, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. 

To exercise this right, you must notify us at hi@giy.ie within 14 days of your initial subscription. 

However, please note: 

• By choosing to access your digital content immediately (such as the online courses or members-only materials), you waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal once access begins. 

• If you do not access the content within the 14-day period, you may still cancel and receive a full refund. 

8. Refunds 

Unless otherwise required by law, GIY does not offer refunds for subscription payments already made, except in cases of system error or duplicate charges. 

If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact hi@giy.ie within 14 days of the charge. 

9. Account and Use of Services 

You agree to: 

• Provide accurate account and billing information. 

• Use your membership for personal, non-commercial purposes. 

• Not share login details or paid content with non-members. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms. 

10. Changes to These Terms 

GIY may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance via email or posted on our website, giy.ie . 

Your continued subscription after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
