Eamonn is former Deputy Chairman and Marketing director of Superquinn the supermarket chain now part of the Musgrave group. A former dragon on RTE’s Dragons’ Den, He is an active retail technology investor. Eamonn is Chairman of kelsius a provider of digital food safety compliance software and hardware to the food and healthcare sectors. He also a director of Nualight an LED lightning company selling energy efficient lighting to the food retail industry.
Eamonn is a trustee of the Quinn family foundation and currently Chairman of DCU’s (Dublin City University) educational trust. He formally chaired the Government’s retail action group on food waste and is a member of the Irish Food Safety consultative panel.
