Join us at GROW HQ on Thursday 10 December for an evening of festive cookery, where we'll be putting seasonal organic veg firmly in the spotlight.

Using winter vegetables from the GIY Farm and garden, our chef will show you how to turn humble ingredients into great Christmas sides.

You'll also pick up clever make-ahead tips to help take some of the pressure out of Christmas Day (or that Christmas party you're hosting).

Meet The Chef

A firm believer in the power of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, Bruno takes pride in working with organic produce to create meals that are as nutritious as they are indulgent. His cooking philosophy is deeply rooted in sustainability, celebrating homegrown flavours while maintaining the highest standards of quality and taste.

A keen grower himself at home in Waterford, Bruno grew up in Galacia in North-West Spain where fish and homegrown vegetables were a part of everday life; and he learned about seasonality from his parents and grandparents.

Bruno approaches cooking as an art form, ensuring that every plate not only tastes great but also provides an unforgettable dining experience.

We operate a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to the event you will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date will not be refunded.
