Elaine is native of Dunmore East in Co. Waterford and has always had a passion for good food. She entered the restaurant industry as a teen and since then has worked in many highly regarded restaurants across the UK and Ireland. She studied a Bachelor of Culinary Arts at WIT, specialising in pastry.

Outside of the kitchen, Elaine’s interests revolve around growing her own fruit and veg and foraging wild foods locally. She has a keen interest in seafood and foraging seaweed.
