Colm has worked for nearly 20 years in Ireland, the UK and Netherlands in commercial organic growing, therapeutic horticulture and education sectors . He is passionate about growing food sustainably and working with nature.

When he is not growing fruit and veg, he enjoys cooking, listening to music, motorbikes, mountain biking, playing football with his sons and woodworking. He lives in the countryside in Kilkenny with his wife, two sons and cocker spaniel Bella.
