The GROW HQ ethos is simple, GROW, COOK, EAT. We use the very best of our own homegrown produce to make the tastiest dishes for our lovely visitors. Our menu changes weekly, depending on the season and the produce available. We don't just use our own produce, we buy local, organic, seasonal fruit and veg, organic flour and raisins and high quality breads and dairy from some of Ireland's best producers. Whether it's Jane Russell pork or Dunmore East fish we only serve meat, fish and poultry from higher welfare, sustainable, free range sources. For more info on our cafe ethos click here.
With so many criteria to fulfill our menu is constantly changing, sometimes even we don't know what we'll be serving next week! If you have a favourite you can't see on today's menu, just ask and we'll see what we can do. We are not a vegetarian or vegan restaurant, though we happily cater to both.
We serve breakfast from 9am until 12pm daily and lunch from 12pm to 5pm and Bistro Menu from 5pm to 9pm Thursday to Saturday. On Sundays and bank holidays we offer an all day brunch menu as well as several hearty lunch options from our Bistro Menu.
We have an extensive tea, coffee and beverage menu and a beer and wine license. We offer a selection of red and white wines, local beer from Metalman Brewing and Legacy Irish Cider.
We have a daily selection of homemade scones, flapjacks, cakes, pastries and desserts (the beetroot & chocolate brownie is a work of art), not to mention daily specials, and tasty sides.
