GIY has been working with organisations in Ireland and abroad since 2010 to help deliver a wide range of Workplace Wellbeing Programs. Our core mission is to inspire 'Food Empathy'; a deeper understanding of food that comes from growing some of it yourself. Food empathy can act as a platform to a happier, healthier, more sustainable life for everyone. We have seen the difference a food growing workshop, programme or competition can make in a workplace. We can inspire and support workforces of any size to really connect with their food, their health and the health of the planet.
