GIY Food Matters

Every year at Bloom we hold a series of panel discussions on the pressing food issues of the day. With some of the country’s most esteemed food writers, chefs, activists, journalists and business people. It’s guaranteed to be an educational, engaging and entertaining debate every day.

This year we covered topics from Food Porn to Food in Direct Provision. All talks over the five were recorded by Juicie Jim from the sound desk and are available on our SoundCloud page. Click on any of the titles below to listen to that talk on SoundCloud.
